Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we are unable to accept the return of food products purchased online in the UK as they are considered "perishable items".  

This means the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period for changing your mind does not apply. 

You can, however, return food products if they are faulty or not as described, under the Consumer Rights Act. 

In the unlikely event of there being a fault with our product, in the first instance, please contact us via email detailing your issue and we will do our very best to find a satisfactory solution for you.
